RealyInvest is disrupting the world of commercial real estate, traditionally an investment vehicle used by wealthy people almost exclusively. RealyInvest is creating an app to allow beginning investors to own bite sized pieces of Commercial Property like Real Estate Investment Trusts and NNN Lease held by some of America's favorite brands. When the client came to us asking for full guidance, we couldn’t help but say yes.

To test the feasibility of the idea, we dug deep to understand the products and how they would be offered. DWM created a marketing strategy that emphasized an educational site that informed and engaged potential users. By creating a referral system that rewarded users for having other sign up, we quickly realized that this wasn’t a good idea, it was a GREAT one.

Our design and development team moved quickly to create a front end experience that was gave investors nothing short of an easy to understand mobile application. As we moved forward we created Pitch Decks for outside investment, trade shows and promotional materials,all while building a complex financial and Securities and Exchange Commission compliant financial platform.
